The Great 2012 Cooking Extravaganza! Day 53

Hello again my friends, and welcome back!  Hope you are still enjoying this little adventure!!

Tonight, I’m still not quite 100%, so I took it a little easy…

Pork chops on the George Foreman grill, just dusted with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder, grilled for 8 minutes.  Came out perfect!

Leftover pasta reheated with some spaghetti sauce (yes, sauce from a jar, sorry!)

Canned peas (I know, I know, it’s cheating, but I LOVE LeSeur peas!)

Leftover brussels sprouts (you know, the ones with bacon, pecans and dates…  YUM!!)

Tried to use the leftover cole slaw, but I think it may have been a day or two past it’s useful life…

Dollar rolls from the Walmart bakery, with butter

Dinner wasn’t gourmet by any standard, but it was good, and hopefully it will get me feeling better enough tomorrow to make something a little more complex.
