The Great 2012 Cooking Extravaganza! Day 76

Hello again, and welcome back!  Glad you could join me again…

Well, it was an interesting day around here, sort of busy, kind of weird, so dinner was a reflection of all that!  A little bit of a lot of different things, but tasty nonetheless.

So here was our menu for “movie” night, which hasn’t technically started yet:

Tai Pei pork potstickers, just DON’T follow the package directions, you’ll end up with potstickers literally stuck to the pot!  Go ahead and boil/steam them, about 10 minutes at MEDIUM, not medium-high, in enough water that they won’t get stuck to the pot, then put them in a different pan with a little oil and fry them until golden brown on both sides, only takes a couple of minutes.

Along with this, we had leftover BBQ chicken, leftover cole slaw, steamed broccoli, popcorn chicken, fried mushroom caps, turkey burgers, and potatoes.  Just a little bit of everything leftover from the rest of the week!

Sorry I don’t have any actual recipes for you today, but it’s just been that kind of day!
